Scripture Truth ships via the United States Postal Service and UPS. We reserve the right to select the best shipping method. Special services offered by these carriers (such Priority mail or overnight delivery) are available upon request, at your expense.

We do honor specific requests for UPS ground shipping, but you will be charged the actual cost to ship the package by UPS. For orders of $150 or more that would normally qualify for free shipping, you will be charged any DIFFERENCE between the cost of UPS and our preferred method.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We no longer ship to international addresses, due to the increasingly high percentage of packages lost and damaged in transit.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We are happy to special order items that do not appear on our website or sale list. To inquire about availability and pricing, please send a message through our Contact Form or call (540)473-1481 during business hours.

Please be prepared to give the title, author, and if possible, the publisher and ISBN number.

Any order of over 15 copies of any single title is considered a Special Order and returns are limited. For example: If an order is placed for 25 copies of one book the customer can only return 15 copies for a refund; 10 copies are non-returnable.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE, with the exception of items damaged in shipping.

Please allow up to 3 – 5 weeks for delivery.

RETURN GUIDELINES

To return merchandise, please include a copy of the original packing list and a note explaining the reason for return.  If items are returned after 60 days and are not defective, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

We are are not responsible for any shipping loss or damages incurred to returned merchandise. Properly packaging and/or insuring a return is YOUR responsibility.

We will REFUND the original cost of the merchandise, not including shipping charges, OR we will EXCHANGE your purchase for another item. Please enclose payment for any difference in the value of the two products, plus the appropriate amount for shipping your new merchandise (see Shipping Charges above).

For damaged/defective items, indicate whether you would like a REFUND or REPLACEMENT. Please pack the items securely and ship the package via USPS MEDIA MAIL. (We will only refund the cost of MEDIA MAIL shipping.)

SHIPMENTS TO PRISONERS

Each prison has its own rules about what can be sent into their facility. Due to the difficulties involved in shipping orders to prisoners, we require that you provide either a pre-approval number from the prison, or the name of the prison official who has given authorization for the inmate to receive the items that you wish to send. While this may seem as a hindrance in ministering to inmates, we are simply trying to eliminate shipments being refused and returned, resulting in unnecessary expense for you, the customer (as well as for us).
